Ever gone into a cave and you see buttons, mushroom, vines etc all around? Or maybe you're digging under your house to make a basement and suddenly a random button appears and you think you're starting to go crazy? Well that's cave aging!

Cave Aging

Cave aging is part of our custom mining experience! As you hang around an area, all the caves underneath start "aging" meaning they start growing vines, start growing stalactites and stalagmites and more. This way when you go caving, you feel like you're going through an entirely different experience than just normal caving!

How fast do caves age?

Caves are constantly aging, the process is pretty fast but not so fast your caves will be absolutely overrun the moment you start playing the game! If you're asking this because you're trying to make a basement under your house after all, you can fix the cave aging by using blocks other than stone! So if you make your basement out of stone bricks in example, it will not age c: No more pesky buttons making you think you're going crazy!!
