use the same channel for everything and whitelist the outputs properly!

Step 1: Automating 24k Gold Ingots

For this step you will need :

  • 1x Electric Ingot Factory

  • 10x Electric Smelteries

  • 11x Advanced Output Nodes

  • 12x Input Nodes

  • 5x Cargo Connector Nodes

  • 3x Energy Connectors

Before you worry about which gold ingot goes where, we need to make sure each electric smeltery & the electric ingot factory are all getting the same amount of gold dust. To do this you will have to enable ‘round robin mode’ on the input node which inputs the gold into the machines. Then make sure you have put 1 gold dust on each advanced output node that is connected to a machine. You can blacklist the input nodes and then proceed to put a 4k gold in the first electric smeltery’s advanced output node. Then continue to do this with the advanced outputs of the remaining electric smelteries 6k, 8k, etc. Once you have reached the final smeltery leave the input blacklisted, we will need this later for the RAI smeltery. Your setup may look like the one shown on the right.

Step 2 : Automating Billon & Solder Ingots

For this step you will need

  • 2x Electric Smeltery

  • 2x Electric Ingot Factory

  • 4x Input Nodes

  • 4x Advanced Output Nodes

  • 1x Energy Connector

  • 2x Cargo Connector Nodes

This is probably one of the easiest steps. To save yourself time blacklist ALL input nodes. To automate Billon, you will need to put silver dust into one of the advanced output nodes connected to an electric ingot factory. This will start producing silver ingots. In the advanced output cargo node connected to the smeltery next to this electric ingot factory you will put silver dust, silver ingot, & copper dust.

To automate Solder, you will need to put lead dust into the advanced output node connected to the other electric ingot factory. This will start producing lead ingots. In the advanced output cargo node connected to the smeltery next to this electric ingot factory you will put lead dust, lead ingot, & tin dust.

Step 3 : Automating Corinthian Bronze Ingots

For this step you will need

  • 1x Electric Ingot Factory

  • 2x Electric Smeltery

  • 3x Input Nodes

  • 3x Advanced Output Nodes

  • 2x Cargo Connector Nodes

  • 1x Energy Connector

To make this easy on yourself, blacklist ALL input nodes. In the advanced output node connected to the electric ingot factory, whitelist copper dust. This will make copper ingots. In the first smeltery output node, whitelist a copper ingot, copper dust, & tin dust. This makes bronze ingots. In the final electric smeltery, whitelist a bronze ingot, silver dust, gold dust, & copper dust. This will make Corinthian Bronze.

Step 4: Automating Damascus Steel Ingots

For this step you will need

  • Auto Carbon (only pay attention to the auto carbon)

  • 2x Electric Ingot Factory

  • 2x Electric Smeltery

  • 4x Input Nodes

  • 4x Advanced Output Nodes

  • 2x Cargo Connector Nodes

  • 1x Energy Connector

Again you should blacklist ALL input nodes. In the advanced output nodes that are connected to electric ingot factories make sure you have iron dust whitelisted. This will produce iron ingots. Inside the advanced cargo node that is connected to the first electric smeltery you will whitelist carbon, iron dust, & iron ingot. This will create steel. Inside the advanced cargo node that is connected to the second electric smeltery you will whitelist carbon, iron dust, iron ingot, & steel ingot. This will create Damascus steel.

Step 5: Automating Hardened Metal

For this step you will need

  • Auto Carbon (only pay attention to auto carbon part)

  • 3x Electric Ingot Factory

  • 4x Electric Smeltery

  • 1x Carbon Press

  • Auto Damascus Steel Ingots (shown in the previous step)

  • 8x Input Nodes

  • 8x Advanced Output Nodes

  • 7x Cargo Connector Nodes

  • 2x Energy Connector Nodes

In the first electric ingot factory have the respective advanced output node include aluminum dust on it's whitelist. This will create aluminum ingots. In the smeltery next to this electric ingot factory you will want to whitelist: aluminum ingot, copper dust, & aluminum dust. This will create Duralumin.

In order to make aluminum bronze we will need 2 more electric ingot factories. In the first output node connected to a electric ingot factory we will want aluminum dust in the whitelist. This will create aluminum ingots. In the second electric ingot factory you will want to whitelist copper dust. This will create copper ingots. In the first smeltery next to the ingot factories you will want to whitelist a copper ingot, copper dust, & tin dust. This will create bronze. In the second smeltery next to the first you will want to whitelist a bronze ingot, an aluminum ingot, & aluminum dust.

We will need a carbon press to conclude the process, simply whitelist carbon from your automated carbon system and viola you have compressed carbon.

Finally you will output into the final smeltery the following items: compressed carbon, duralumin ingot, damascus steel ingot, & aluminum bronze. This will output Hardened Metal

Step 6: Automating Reinforced Alloy Ingots

For this step you will need :

  • 1x Electric Smeltery

  • 1x Input Node

  • 2x Advanced Output Node

  • 2x Cargo Connector Nodes

  • 1x Energy Connector Node

Put all of the required ingots into the advanced output for the electric smeltery. These ingots would be : Gold Ingot 24k, Corinthian Bronze, Billon, Hardened Metal, Solder, & Damascus Steel. Then you can put a chest down and the final output can have a Reinforced Alloy Ingot in the whitelist :). You are now done with automating Reinforced Alloy Ingots!
