Guide to Applying for Staff & Other Ranks
Guide to Applying for Staff & Other Ranks
In this guide you'll read about all our various roles and their responsibilities.
What is the Trialmod rank?
Trialmod is the beginning rank for our staff team’s moderation branch. When someone is accepted onto the team as a helper, they will begin a "trial". During this trial they will be trained to handle situations on the server by their mentor and other members of the staff team. Mentors will be responsible for over seeing their mentee and how they handle various situations and if they think they should be promoted to mod. A trial can be as long as it needs to be however if we continue to see no improvement it could lead to demotion instead. That doesn't mean the end of being a mod however, you can always reapply in the future if you feel you've learned from your demotion.
